In this studio, children are 2 to 3 years of age and their language development is critical.
Children learn through play and through spontaneous and planned learning experiences and interactions. Our play-based curriculum allows children to explore ideas, make connections, solve problems, and engage with others in a social setting.
We understand that the first 5 years of a child’s life is the most important in setting them up to be successful later in life. Therefore, this is the year where they start to make strong connections with their peers and begin to learn how to interact appropriately to be kind and gentle with their friends.
Play time becomes a game of make-believe, where they practice skills and mimic real life situations and scenarios. We use this time to help children understand the world around them and introduce learning into their daily play.
We know children are very active and have lots of energy and want to explore their surroundings, so our educators ensure that they cater to every child’s needs to meet their individual, physical, emotional and social development.
At this time children begin to practice toilet training and with the support of the educators they soon have a grasp of how to use the toilet. This is a great milestone for this age group to achieve as they begin to become independent.
