We know that it is essential that children establish patterns of good eating for their present wellbeing and for a healthy life.

A key part of learning about and adopting healthy lifestyles involves children seeing these modelled positively and enthusiastically by the important people in their lives—us! Healthy eating habits begun in childhood can have a lasting effect.

Our centres embrace this philosophy with our on-site kitchens and qualified staff who ensure that all seasonal menus are prepared daily using fresh, locally sourced (where possible), in-season ingredients. We take into account the needs of all children in our care by ensuring that strict protocols, our Food Safety and Healthy Eating & Mealtime policies are adhered to in our kitchen and Studios to keep children with allergies and special dietary requirements safe and catered for.

Your child will receive a nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and breakfast if they are an early starter.  Our older children will enjoy activities involving the preparation and self-serving of nutritious meals to foster independent healthy eating habits.
