Our Educators are recognised and rewarded via the Dandelion Educator Excellence Program (DEEP) where you receive above award rate of pay and performance bonuses based on years of service, individual performance and team / service / centre performance.
We provide many in house and external opportunities for continuous upskilling and professional development, including support for tertiary education fees for training as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
