We run a QLD governement Approved Kindergarten program for children turning 4 by the 30th of June each year and moving to Prep the following year. Our Kindergarten program is dedicated to your child’s unique learning style and our educators are experienced in preparing them in their lifelong journey.
Our Curriculum is guided by the Government Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines to ensure that every child’s individual outcomes are met.
The educators ensure an environment is provided that is caring and nurturing, where all children feel a sense of belonging, success, and accomplishment. This is achieved by adopting a stimulating play-based approach to curriculum delivery, which encourages children to explore, be creative, and use their imaginations.
Our Kindergarten studio is tailored to individual children’s development, to allow all children to feel a sense of success and accomplishment. We embrace connections with families to ensure the key learning foundation for the child is supported.
Our Kindergarten studio is designed to enable children to explore their own individual interests. Engaging in indoor and outdoor flowing environments which provide areas for being active, creative, messy, as well as dedicated spaces for quiet time.
Play-based learning in a natural environment promotes wonder and curiosity and allows for the natural pursuit of open-ended creativity. It encourages children to nurture and protect our natural world, and to understand the importance of this for future generations.
Our Early Childhood Teacher links to the Government portal to upload the transition to school statements to ensure there is a handover of developmental stage to ensure support during the transition to school.
By the end of the year we are confident that the children who attend our Kindergarten studio are equipped with the skills needed to make a successful transition to a formal school environment.
